Many years this work has been taken for granted, the organizations use to give to individuals to do it and faced a lot of challenges like different formats, grammars, late submissions and even loss of interviews and documents. Where by this affects the data quality for analysis and it can lead to wrong findings.

Therefore to make this easier for the clients JRS Consultancy was given the task by different organizations (HDIC, AMCA, WaterAid, PMER International, DAMAX) to transcribe the qualitative interviews and translate the transcriptions as requested. Doing this in an appropriate manner with the result of simplifying the data analysis process for them. No need for double work like grammar check, etc.. All data were secured and submitted in time.

JRS Consultancy also is doing oral translation e.g. like presenting and describing a project (presented in English by a foreign organization) in an inhabitants assembly to promote for positive feedback by the villagers.

We also translated written documents like reports, manuals, project descriptions, etc. - Languages: English, German, Kiswahili.
